Rowan shook in his chair but Dion maintained his composure.
She flipped open the book in her hand with a serious expression while arranging her tie.
"Dion Kruz, you violently assaulted your fellow student with a poison icicle outside training and nearly ended his life with poison. Assaulting your fellow student with magic can be sorted in the school but trying to kill them will be done by the Dark Sorcerer Guild. Maybe you might be killed to warn some reckless and twisted people."
Then she turned to Rowan, her expression still stern and serious. "As for you, Rowan…"
Rowan nearly fell off his seat, sweating like he was about to be sacrificed.
"You didn't use magic but violently beat up your fellow student. That is worthy of expulsion. I wonder what your mother will say. Arwen Baarhut is a loyal citizen of this Dominion."
