"So you want a method for healing the meridians," Lily Gomes said, pouring two cups of tea. "But doesn't our sect have one?"
"I want a non-cruel method," Tyler replied, taking a sip of the tea. He was now sitting in Lily's office.
"But I don't have one—aaahhh." Suddenly, she held her head, wincing in pain.
"Are you alright?" Tyler stood up, concerned.
"Don't mind her. I do have the method," Lily said. This time, her demeanour felt quite different.
"Are you Ms. Lily Gomes?" Tyler asked in confusion.
"Oh yeah. It's a long story. But to cut it short, I have multiple personalities. My personality is Detective. Her personality is... Defective," she explained, shaking her head in resignation.
Tyler didn't know what multiple personalities were, so Lily explained a little. It meant a mental health condition where one has two or more separate personalities that control their behaviour at different times.
"Did you get a job?" Lily asked.
