Jade Valley is renowned as a bustling hub. Situated near the Dragon Jade mountains this city thrives as a nexus for cultivators of qi refining realm and foundation establishment realm.

The heart of Jade Valley beats within its bustling trading centre, where merchants from every corner of the realm converge to strike deals and exchange goods. Here, the air is thick with the aroma of incense and the sound of haggling fills the air as cultivators seek to acquire the tools and resources they need for their spiritual journeys.
Amidst the bustling markets, towering pagodas and elegant tea houses line the streets, their intricate architecture a testament to the city's rich history and reverence for tradition. Cherry blossom trees bloom in every corner, their delicate petals drifting on the breeze, while colourful lanterns sway overhead, casting a warm glow over the bustling streets below.
There is an old myth that there is a Jade Dragon lying in slumber beneath the mountains. An Old Cultivator decided to stay near the valley and tried to find clues. As years passed one by one Cultivators began to settle near the expert. And at one point it became a natural hub for trading.
Beyond the Jade Mountains are Endless Darkheart Thicket. Many adventure Cultivators use Jade Valley for lodging before passing the Jade Mountain to reach Endless Darkheart Thicket.
Today disciples of a bigger sect entered the city. They were wearing bluish white uniforms. The people passing by noticed the uniform and guessed their identity easily.
"Frozen Heart Sect." The people whispered.
It is Tyler, Chen Xi and some disciples from the same combat club. Tyler's eyes shone as he looked around the city. Because he just gave some money to his managers to make an auction hall branch in Jade Valley. This is the first time he is visiting the city.
The road is full of merchants with lots of stuff. Many of them are useless for Tyler. But still he took glances at them to find anything good. But his luck is average today, so he didn't find anything.
Unknowingly they reached the auction house. Auction house is not destroyed as the disciple said. It was forced to shut down and was sealed by a lock. The lock has a cloth tied to it. Tyler Simply grabbed the lock and applied a little pressure using Iron Hand Technique. The lock broke easily. Tyler grabbed the cloth, there is 'Soaring Cloud Sect' written on it.
Suddenly a beggar whose dresses were torn ran out of the crowd and tried to grab Tyler's hand. One of the disciples blocked him easily.
"Who is this beggar?" Tyler asked.
"Boss White. Boss White. It's me... Marco." The 'beggar' said.
"Manager Marco? What happened to you?"
Yes, the 'Beggar' looking guy is Manager of the White Auction Hall , Jade Valley Branch.

Inside the Auction house, after washing up and changing the clothes. The Manager looked decent now. He gobbled up the food fastly like a hungry tiger. He choked a little. Tyler gave him cold plum tea as he gulped a little.
After the hearty meal, Manager Marco began to narrate about the incident.
It all happened when a Disciple of Soaring Cloud Sect demanded for refund accusing the product was fake. But their appraiser found out that the product was switched by the buyer. So they refused to give compensation.
One led to another, the disciple seems to have brought a lot of friends and they started attacking the Manager and Appraiser. Then they arrogantly sealed the building.
"From what I remember, Some elders from Soaring Cloud Sect have an auction house here. Maybe because of competition." Chen Xi analysed the situation.
"Whatever it may be since they dare to touch my people then they have to face the consequences." Tyler said calmly.
"Boss White. Are you gonna solve it like you solved the auction house problem in the immortal gathering point?" Manager Marco asked.
"Nah... That trick won't work here." Tyler shook his head.
"What trick? How did you solve it Brother Tyler?" Chen Xi asked curiously.
"I bought their Auction House." Tyler replied.
The disciples who accompanied them mouth twitched. Their Junior brother is anything but poor. There are one boy and two girls in that group and the two girls' eyes shined while looking at Tyler.
"Why do I feel like a rabbit getting preyed on by a group of Lions?" Tyler murmured as he looked around. The two girls looked elsewhere when he glanced at them.
"What is the name of their Auction House?" Tyler Asked.
"Azure Phoenix Auction house." Manager Marco said.
"This Azure Phoenix Auction House seems very popular. Let's give it a look." Tyler said and everyone marched towards the Azure Phoenix Auction House.
"We are really fortunate to have arrived in this city right on the day it opens, right." Tyler said.
Tyler bought a Vip Room and brought others with him.
"Hello, esteemed guests! Welcome to the Azure Phoenix Auction House! I will be your main host today, Xiaomei!"
A beautiful young lady appeared on the stage with a dazzling smile and a cheerful attitude, brightening the atmosphere despite the dimmed lights.
After announcing the rules, Xiaomei clapped her hands. A moment later, another beautiful lady appeared on the stage while pushing a cart covered by a thick cloth.
"First item is a second grade Wind Talisman made by my renowned master from Soaring Cloud Sect. With this item one can easily escape even the pursuit of the early stage of the Golden Core Realm." Xiaomei announced and said , "The starting prize is 500 spirit stones."
"501 spirit stones." Tyler said immediately. The whole audience became silent. Usually people will raise the bid at least 50 spirit stones but it was the first time seeing someone raising it by just 1 spirit stones.
"600 spirit stones." soon the people forget the thing and began to bid

Tyler won the bid.
"Senior brother Ximen, it seems like they are from White Auction Hall." A girl backstage told the Young man.
That young man Ximen is the one who sabotaged the White Hall Auction House.

He then whispered something to the girl. The girl nodded and went near Xiaomei and passed the instruction that her senior brother said.
Xiaomei then said, "Congratulations to the guest in the VIP room. To make sure we are selling authentic products. We will bring our appraiser here and check your product once in front of everyone."
The crowd got confused because it was the first time seeing this situation.
"Oh looks like they have seen through your plan Junior brother. What are you gonna do?" Chen Xi asked with an amusing smile.
"Oh. Then plan B." Tyler calmly said.
"What are you gonna do? Frozen Heart Sect?" Ximen smiled as if everything was under his control.
"Oh isn't this new ? Appraising Items after auctioning?" with Tyler signal Marco asked.
"We are trying something new." Xiaomei awkwardly gave a reply.
"Since it will take some time to appraise that stuff. Hello to everyone, I am the owner of White Auction Hall. Tyler White." Tyler went forward to the balcony, everyone can now see Tyler. He placed a pouch at Marco's hand..Marco ran down and gave the spirit stones to the auctioneer.
"See that Talisman there. I am gonna re-auction it now." Tyler already has a talisman like that so he doesn't even need a copy.
Everyone was startled by his words. Ximen, who was drinking juice backstage, nearly choked when he heard that.
"Starting price is 1 spirit stone." Tyler continued with a small smile.
"Really just 1?"
"Are you kidding?"
"Sugar Daddy White?"
The crowd got excited, they felt a good show was about to begin.
"2 spirit stones." One of the men in the crowd shouted.
Everyone looked at the man like he was a fool. They didn't believe Tyler.
"2 spirit stones 1 time, 2 spirit stones 2 times. 2 spirit stones 3 times." Marco shouted.
No one bidded they wanted to see if he would actually sell it.
Tyler nodded and signalled Manager Marco. The manager quickly took the talisman and gave it to the man and took 2 spirit stones.
The Man couldn't believe it and felt that the Lady of Luck was smiling at him.
Everyone else felt envy, regret. If only they bidded now. They missed a huge bargain.
The Girl beside Ximen ran to Xiaomei and whispered something again.
"Sir you are not allowed to auction inside our auction house." Xiaomei warned him.
"Oh... My apologies, Lady." Tyler bowed a little and said to the crowd, "Well then I will continue my auction outside the auction house when this is over. I swear I will auction everything they auction here for a lower price."
The crowd's mouths dropped to the floor, including auctioneer Xiaomei and Ximen backstage.
After that no one bidded anything. Only one person bid an extra spirit stone for the base price and bought all the items. Naturally that one person is Tyler White.
