"AHHHHHHHH…"
Arlo, Sven, and Blaze let out a unified cry.
After what felt like an eternity of freefall, the trio neared the ground. Only then did it dawn on them that they were about to make a rather abrupt and uncomfortable landing.
Without missing a beat, Arlo tapped his chest mark, summoning the wings of life.
[Wings of Life Activated:]
[Duration: Unlimited]
[Weakness: Once the user lands, they won't be able to fly for another 12 hours.]
With a swift motion, Arlo used the wings to decelerate his descent and landed gracefully. Blaze, on the other hand, morphed into his cloud form. Upon contact with the ground, the cloud dispersed, only to regroup and reform Blaze in his human form.
"THUD!"
Sven, however, chose a more direct approach; he crashed into the ground, creating a crater in his wake.
"Are you alright?"
