Christian took care of the mess before coming to join Diane at the dining table.
"What kind of marriage proposal do you want?" He asked while stealing a few glances at her.
Hearing that question, Diane was tongue-tied. "What kind of man are you? I thought you were romantic?"
"And I thought you didn't like romance?" He asked. "Who told you that?" She argued, looking a bit annoyed.
He shrugged. "Well, I popped the question because I want to do everything right that would be memorable for you."
"You are no fun." She looked away from him and continued to eat.
A few minutes later, Christian dipped his hand inside his pants pocket and took out a blue velvet box and opened it. There were two different diamond rings in them.
"I know I'm no fun, but tell me which you prefer from these two," he said to her.
