Christian shook his head. "Not even one bit," he claimed. "You love me much more than you think to suddenly want to move cities."
Diane laughed because he was right. They had been separated for so long that she didn't want any more distance between them.
After breakfast, they went for a walk and stopped at a big grocery store with George following behind them.
Diane was surprised he wasn't buying her any quick breakfast packages like cereals and asked, "Are you already shopping for the chef you said you would get me when we haven't seen him yet?"
"You will see," he answered with a mysterious smile crossing his lips.
She didn't think much of that and only smiled, assisting him from the side as he picked some fresh products.
They bought a lot of things at the end of the day and went home first to stock the refrigerator before going to the council to talk about the housekeeper and private chef that was needed.
