Christian had a good laugh at her with a hand over his mouth before answering, "It went 60:40."
"Who had sixty?" Diane asked as she leaned on the table and perked her ears. She was truly afraid now.
Christian observed her for a moment and saw how serious she was about this and decided not to tease her about it. "I had sixty per cent. Don't worry too much about gaining weight, the wedding dress you refused me to see will still fit you."
He knew what she was worried about and he would be the first person to know if she added a few pounds.
Her lips twitched as she leaned back on her chair. She felt she was taking a risk by eating so carefreely this period. Her wedding dress has been in her custody for two weeks now. The beauty was made just for her so how would she fit into it if she happened to add weight?
Some minutes later, they left for their wedding venue to see how the project was coming along.
