In the main building of Sharma Foods, several people were seated in a conference room, and Brijesh was representing them. He stepped onto the stage and said, "Our company has suffered significant losses in one day, but we took swift action to save it from sinking. However, we've incurred substantial losses, but I promise we'll be back on top soon."
Everyone applauded upon hearing this.
Just then, a shareholder raised his hand and asked, "We heard that a small amount of cocaine was being mixed into our restaurant food to get customers addicted. What do you have to say about this?"
Brijesh replied, "There's no such thing. This was all a ploy by someone to tarnish our restaurant's reputation."
At that moment, Tripathi entered and asked, "Whose ploy was it?"
Brijesh said, "Mr. Tripathi, how come you're here?"
Tripathi responded, "It seems you didn't check the list. I'm one of the shareholders of this company."
Along with him, Lily also entered.
Tripathi took a seat and said, "I hold 5% of this company."
Then, Lily stepped onto the stage and said, "Hello Mr. Brijesh Sharma, the police have found evidence against you, and investigations are ongoing. But this is damaging the company's reputation and causing its ratings to plummet. This means that you are currently the biggest reason for this company's market decline. As a shareholder, I would like to call for a vote to remove you from the position of CEO."
Brijesh said, "You can't do this. This company belongs to me and my family. My family holds 30% of the shares. I am the majority shareholder."
Lily said, "I understand your point, but if you stay here, this company will truly sink, and the money we've invested will go down the drain. All the shareholders here own this company, so we have the right to choose the CEO."
Lily then looked at everyone and said, "Anyone who agrees to remove Mr. Brijesh Sharma from the position of CEO, please raise your hand." With that, she raised her hand.
Tripathi also raised his hand, and all the other people who had bought shares under Abhimanyu's instructions raised their hands as well. Their total combined ownership amounted to 55%, and some other minor shareholders also raised their hands, bringing the total to 60% ownership in favor of removing Brijesh Sharma from the CEO position.
Brijesh said, "It's not that easy. Only the board of directors can remove me."
Tripathi laughed and said, "Alright then, let's ask them. They are all here."
Tripathi then said, "So, board of directors, what is your decision on this matter?"
There were five board members of Sharma Foods, four of whom were present. Three of them voted and said, "We all agree to remove Mr. Brijesh Sharma from the position of CEO."
Brijesh said, "You're all in cahoots with Tripathi. This is all happening at his behest, isn't it?"
Tripathi smiled and said, "This is the decision of the majority shareholders. What can I do about it?"
One of the board members said, "Mr. Brijesh Sharma, it would be better if you resign yourself."
In anger, Brijesh signed his resignation papers and left.
Abhimanyu, sitting in a room, watched all this and smiled. He called Lily and said, "Announce that Mr. Brijesh Sharma has resigned from the position of CEO of Sharma Foods."
Abhimanyu then hung up and called Tripathi, saying, "Give that evidence to the police."
A short while later, news channels reported Brijesh's resignation, and shortly after, videos and evidence of his crimes were shown on television.
The police were looking for Brijesh Sharma, but he had gone into hiding.
Abhimanyu thought to himself, "One more task remains." He then called Lily and instructed her to do something.
A few hours later, when Himani was cooking in her restaurant, Lily arrived with some lawyers and a few other people.
Lily walked straight to Himani and said, "Hello Mrs. Himani."
Himani replied, "Hello."
Lily handed her a paper and said, "We are the new shareholders of Sharma Foods. While checking the company's authorities and documents, we found this document. Actually, your late husband left 10% of Sharma Foods' shares in your name."
Himani carefully read the document and asked, "But I had no idea about this."
Lily said, "We are electing a new CEO for our company tomorrow afternoon, and the board of directors has selected you for the CEO position. You've made this restaurant name so big, and we believe there's no one more dedicated than you to be our CEO. Can you please accept this position?"
Himani said, "Look..."
Lily interrupted, "Please think it over carefully and come to the conference room tomorrow at 12 noon to accept the CEO position." With that, they all left without giving Himani a chance to speak.
After leaving, Lily said, "I won't do something this strange again," and then she left.
Himani was left bewildered, not understanding what had just happened.
When Himanshu arrives at the restaurant, Himani tells him about the offer.
Himanshu says, "This is great! Dad had already planned this for you. You should accept the position. Anyway, uncle is being searched for by the police."
Himani says, "But what about your father's family?"
Himanshu replies, "Why do you care about them when they don't care about us? They will benefit from this too."
Himani and Himanshu discuss this for a long time, and eventually, Himani agrees.
Himani says, "You'll come to the company with me, right?"
Himanshu says, "Did you forget? I have a math exam tomorrow."
Himani remembers and says, "Oh yes, I told you to study. What are you doing here? Go home."
Himanshu replies, "I came here for a break after finishing my revision and to help you. But you gave me such good news."
Himani smiles upon hearing this.
The next day, Abhimanyu and Himanshu go to school for their exams.
Meanwhile, Himani takes a taxi to the company.
Suddenly, the taxi driver puts on a mask, and smoke starts filling the car. Himani loses consciousness after inhaling the smoke.
The taxi driver smiles and takes a detour to another location.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu is taking his exam. At the company, when no one shows up for the CEO position, Lily contacts Jasmine.
Jasmine tries to call Himani, but her phone is unreachable. She then tries to find out where Himani is and learns that she had left in a taxi for the company.
Jasmine then tries to track down the taxi.
After finishing his exam, Abhimanyu contacts Jasmine because she had messaged him that Himani was missing.
Abhimanyu asks Jasmine, "Any news?"
Jasmine says, "The taxi went to Noida and came back to Delhi. We are about to catch the taxi driver."
Abhimanyu says, "Send me his location."
Karishma approaches him and asks, "What happened?"
Abhimanyu says, "Nothing. How was your exam?"
Karishma replies, "It was good."
Just then, Aliya joins and asks, "Which university are you planning to go to after this?"
Karishma asks Aliya, "Which university are you going to?"
Aliya says, "I am planning to go to the best entertainment college in Mumbai. I will miss you all there."
Karishma says, "That's great. I might go back to Bihar."
Abhimanyu says, "I haven't decided yet. I haven't thought about it."
At that moment, Abhimanyu receives a message.
Abhimanyu says, "I have some work to do, so I have to leave."
Himani was in a house that Brijesh had bought a long time ago. This place was far from Delhi, somewhere in Noida.
Brijesh tied Himani to a chair.
In anger, Brijesh said, "These politicians always turn their backs in times of trouble."
Brijesh, looking at Himani, said, "I'll give you only 10 minutes. Tell Tripathi to withdraw all the allegations, or else I won't spare you today."
When Himani asks, "What does Tripathi have to do with me?"
Brijesh retorts, "Do you think I'm a fool?"
Himani glares at him angrily.
Brijesh continues, "I know that Tripathi is your boyfriend."
Furious, Himani says, "Don't you dare question my character! I have nothing to do with any gangster."
Brijesh responds, "Oh really? Then why is Tripathi after me? First, he saved you from Ranga, then from the Delhi Wars thugs. After that, he attacked my company and now he's making you the CEO. And you say you have nothing to do with him?"
Himani had no idea about any of this. She didn't even know Tripathi; the first time she saw him was at the Signature Bridge. But then she remembered the kidnappers calling her Tripathi's girlfriend and Tripathi himself saying that they must have misunderstood.
Himani explains, "Tripathi's men were patrolling our area because their project is part of the development there."
Brijesh asks, "And what about everything else?"
Himani says, "Jatin had transferred some shares to my name. That's why the board of directors selected me when the authorities changed yesterday."
Brijesh replies, "Do you know whose idea all this was? Tripathi's. I've been the CEO for a long time and know every shareholder. The 10% shares you got were purchased by Tripathi's men when the stock prices dropped. They bought them at a low price and transferred them to your name. Here, read these documents."
He shows her a file. "Look at the list of shareholders before yesterday. Is your husband's name there? And look at the list from yesterday, before the shares were transferred to your name. These 40 people bought shares at dirt cheap prices and transferred them to you all at once."
Himani is shocked. "But why would they do this?"
Brijesh responds, "Stop pretending. You conspired with Tripathi."
Angrily, Himani says, "I've told you, I have nothing to do with Tripathi. I don't even know him."
Brijesh replies, "I've put someone on investigating this. We'll see if you two are connected."
Just then, Brijesh gets a call. The person on the other end says, "Boss, you've got it wrong about Tripathi. I've checked thoroughly. He's never been to that colony or the restaurant. He has no links to Himani. They met for the first and last time at the bridge."
After hanging up, Brijesh says, "Then why did he do all this?"
Himani responds, "How would I know? Maybe he has some grudge against you."
Brijesh speculates, "Could he be punishing me for conspiring against him with the Delhi Wars?"
Himani, glaring at him, says, "So those thugs kidnapped me on your orders?"
Brijesh replies, "Alright, let's make a deal. Transfer those shares to my name and I'll let you go."
Himani angrily says, "Go to hell!"
Brijesh approaches her menacingly and says, "You'll have to transfer the shares if you value your dignity." He tears part of her clothes, exposing her bra strap.
Himani closes her eyes and, terrified, says, "Stop! I'll sign the papers."
Brijesh hands her a stamp paper and she signs it reluctantly.
After she signs, Brijesh smirks and says, "Do you know what you've signed? It states that after your and your son's death, your restaurant and company shares will go to me. Sorry, Himani, but you both have to die now so you can't file any case against me later."
He places the stamp paper on the table and, licking his lips, says, "Now, let's do what I've been wanting to do for a long time. Since Tripathi isn't your boyfriend, I have nothing to fear." He moves towards Himani.
Himani, trembling with fear, says, "What are you planning to do? Look, I'm your brother's wife, have some decency."
Brijesh retorts, "He's already gone. Now, you're just a widow. By the way, do you know how his accident happened?"
Himani looks at him, terrified.
Brijesh continues, "I arranged it. The bastard found out about my cocaine deal and wanted to inform the police. Poor guy had to go upstairs for such a small matter."
Himani's eyes turn red with anger, and she tries to free her hands from the ropes.
Brijesh, now furious, wipes his face and smirks. He takes out an injection and a vial containing a powdery substance from a drawer.
He says, "This is Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, commonly known as molly. After you take it, you'll experience its effects firsthand."
Saying so, he approaches Himani and injects her with the drug through her arm veins.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu reaches the location of the driver who was asleep at his home in Gazipur. Landing his helicopter nearby, Abhimanyu confronts the man in his home, a small shack.
Abhimanyu kicks the driver off the bed. The driver, waking up, asks groggily, "Was that an earthquake?"
Abhimanyu hits him again, breaking his teeth, and demands, "Tell me where you dropped the woman you kidnapped, or I'll beat you to a pulp."
The driver pleads, "Please, I had nothing to do with that. I just rented the taxi to someone else today."
Abhimanyu asks, "To whom?"
The driver points towards a nearby house in the slum.
Abhimanyu demands his phone number and other details, then leaps out of the window and rushes towards the house, leaving the driver behind.
Saily says, "I've tracked his phone. He's heading towards the bus stand from here." Abhimanyu receives a map showing the driver's location.
Abhimanyu dashes towards the bus stand and catches the man in the middle of the road. The man tries to run, but Abhimanyu tackles him against the wall, grabs his collar, and delivers a punch, asking him about the woman's whereabouts and who ordered the kidnapping.
The man confesses, "It was Brijesh Sharma. I took the woman to his villa."
Abhimanyu demands the address, then punches him again before leaving.
Meanwhile, Himani, after half an hour of being injected with the drug, starts feeling dizzy, and everything appears blurry.
Brijesh releases her hands and starts to carry her towards the bed.
Himani, barely conscious, murmurs, "Jatin..."
Brijesh responds, "Yes, darling, I'm here."
Himani, disoriented, says, "You've come back..."
Brijesh lays her on the bed and starts to unbutton her shirt, saying, "Yes, my dear, I'm back."
Himani protests weakly, "No, this is just a dream."
Brijesh ignores her and continues to unbutton her shirt. Himani grabs his hand and pushes him away, trying to resist.
Himani, still feeling the effects of the drug, says, "I don't want to talk to you. Where did you disappear leaving me alone?"
Brijesh responds, "Alright, I won't do that again," as he moves closer to unbutton her shirt.
Himani refuses and turns her face away, lying on her back.
Brijesh, now furious, tears her shirt from behind, revealing her bra.
Himani, shocked, asks, "What are you doing? You're not Jatin. What's wrong with you?" The drug's effect intensifies, making her feel numb, and she starts to struggle, feeling a surge of energy within her body. She rubs her feet against each other and starts to groan in pain, losing consciousness.
As Brijesh is about to commit a heinous act, Abhimanyu bursts into the room, breaking the door down. He grabs Brijesh by the neck and pins him against the wall.
In a demonic voice, Abhimanyu warns him, "You've made a grave mistake. From now on, you'll experience death countless times in countless ways. Welcome to hell." A bolt of lightning strikes Brijesh, turning him into ashes, but he quickly regenerates.
The demon then inflicts excruciating pain on Brijesh for about an hour until his body starts to burn.
Brijesh, now terrified, pleads for mercy, but the demon tells him it's not in his hands; it's a decision from above.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu releases Brijesh from his hold and banishes him to another realm, where he'll experience repeated deaths.
Abhimanyu then turns to Himani, who is now conscious but still disoriented. He uses his powers to restore her to normal.
Himani, looking around, finds both Abhimanyu and Brijesh in a state of shock.
She asks Abhimanyu how he found her, to which he responds that the taxi driver informed him.
Himani suddenly remembers seeing Abhimanyu on the bridge.
Abhimanyu denies being there, claiming he's only a streamer known as the "Black Demon."
Himani insists that she remembers everything clearly despite being drugged.
Abhimanyu tries to dismiss her claims, but Himani remains adamant.
Arjun steps in, warning that if anyone else finds out about their situation...
Abhimanyu interrupts, saying, "Are you joking? You were drugged. How would you remember anything?"
Himani responds, "Yes, I was drugged, but I wasn't so out of it that I would forget everything."
Abhimanyu reassures her, saying, "Don't worry about it. For now, your safety is what matters."
Himani acknowledges Abhimanyu's efforts and asks about his motivations.
Abhimanyu humbly admits that he acted because she was in trouble and needed help.
Himani appreciates his support but also questions his involvement in the business matters.
Abhimanyu confesses that he made decisions based on what he thought was right and takes responsibility for the consequences.
Himani reassures him, saying she won't disclose anything, and they decide to leave the place.
As they head to Noida, Himani expresses the need to change clothes, and Abhimanyu reminds her to accept the CEO position at the company.
During their conversation, they deduce that if they combine Brijesh's shares with those of the Sharma family, Abhimanyu would have a controlling stake.
Himani is surprised to learn about the Sharma family's shares, and Abhimanyu explains how their control over the company has shifted.
They then decide to go shopping for a new business outfit for Himani before heading to the company.
Meanwhile, the police arrest Brijesh, putting an end to his reign of terror.
