In his past life, he had only played on planets ridden with war, and they would never deal with a random ruler like this. Those people would order you to do stuff for them or leave the territory.
The kingdom would keep these deals reserved for the group rulers under the kingdom rulers who they work with.
Well, it was clear that there was a big difference between a resource-deficient planet and a resource-enriched one. He realized he would have to learn more about the local behavior on these planets. Even with all that, he could say he gained a lot from the meeting.
