Out of these three choices, the worst was trying to stay neutral. Jules didn't even consider this option. He knew that if he tried to remain neutral, he might not be able to play the games in the upcoming days.
Between the other two options, joining the vice leader seemed the best for now.
After all, the trouble would only really start when he reached the meeting point. Before that, he wouldn't face much of a problem from the Vice Leader in the game.
Even outside, the Vice Leader was more dedicated to the game than the boss, which would be a plus, as it would push others in the team to play more, which was better for him.
Now that he thought about it, joining the vice leader wasn't that bad. He just had to stay cautious during the third month. Until then, it should be smooth sailing.
