Zemin mentally dubbed Gane's friends as Esquire A and Esquire B. After Gane's command, they recovered from shock and their auras flared with Psi-power.
A flash of white went through Zemin's head. When he had blinked it away, he saw floating blue indicators hovering near his opponents and in a corner of his eye—in the 'direct' mode, the Void System could put information right on his retinas.

[Esquire B.

[Energy reserve: 24.8 units.]
Zemin read the words with a glance. He felt Esquire A's Psi-power reach out for some nearby rocks, while the power of Esquire B flew directly towards Zemin.
As always, the Void System's judgment was trustworthy. It was often the same as Zemin's—it just made much, much faster.
Giving the analysis of the battlefield to the Void System gave Zemin himself time to come up with a plan. Then, he launched into a run towards Esquire A.
"Take this!" Esquire A shouted, throwing out his hands. Five rocks from near him shot at Zemin fast enough to break a bone.
A telekinetic impulse which Zemin prepared beforehand threw him away from the danger, while almost not slowing him down. Zemin's muscles complained at the sharp inertia, but he ignored that.
Instead, he reached out with a second prepared impulse towards the rocks that flew past him. Esquire A didn't keep his power around them anymore, so it was easy to redirect them with another push.
Then, the noose of Esquire's B power gathered fully around Zemin's legs.
But Zemin was almost at his target. Esquire A gathered Psi-power for a telekinetic shove, but he was too slow compared to his opponent.
Zemin threw his entire body into a flying side kick aimed at Esquire A's chest.
Esquire A's eyes and mouth opened wide from pain from the impact. In the next instant, a layer of ice surrounded Zemin's feet, freezing them to the surface they were touching—Esquire A's chest.
And this was how they fell to the ground.
"Shit, Rick!" Esquire B shouted, realizing his mistake.
"For hell's sake, you moro—!" Esquire A's reply was interrupted by Zemin's knee striking his face.
Zemin's feet were cold, but Esquire B didn't freeze the flesh himself, just atmospheric water around them. Fights between comrades in arms were already punishable—if they ended with serious injuries, the leadership might put into question if the perpetrators are in a sound enough mind at all.
Everybody agreed that Rehabilitation Centers help the nation's wellbeing, but no one actually wanted to go there.
Zemin tore his feet away from Esquire using only his brute force and jumped down. When he turned to Gane, he saw him throwing aside the rocks Zemin sent flying at him.

Exemplar B was preparing a new attack on Zemin, but his flustering made him even slower than before—Zemin could see that even without the Void System's helpful hint.
The trio's well-established scheme fell into pieces.
It was, originally, a simple but reliable plan. Esquire A distracts the opponent with his first attack, which gives Esquire B time to freeze him in place. Then Gane can finish the enemy off.
But now the first attack threw out Gane's, and Esquire B helped to take down Esquire A.
And now Zemin was going to take down both of them before they gathered themselves together.
He took an entire unit of void energy at once and reached out with his hand toward Esquire B. A thick line of Psi-energy shot from his fingers and grabbed the man.
Then Zemin threw him at Gane.
"Gane, watch out!" Esquire B cried out.
Gane raised his hands, about to shove his friend aside with a counter-wave of telekinesis—then Esquire B smashed into him at high speed.
They both fell to the ground in a groaning heap of bodies and limbs. Gane's defense softened the impact—but by the time he pulled himself away from Esquire B and to his knees, Zemin was there already.
"If I was a demon… You either would've already been dead, or wished that you were," Zemin said before grabbing Gane's ugly braid and using it to smash the man's face into the ground.
A meter away from them, Esquire B saw this, saw his friend Esquire A, who was quietly groaning with pain, and turned tail.
Zemin raised his eyes away from Gane and spent a moment thinking if he should chase after him. He finally rose to his feet—but it turned out to be unnecessary.
Esquire B made five steps away from Zemin before a rock flew from behind a corner and struck him right into the forehead. Esquire B fell unconscious like a puppet with cut strings.
Danis came out from the same corner a second later, sneering. He also had information floating near him—things the Void System had three days of training together to gather.

"It looks like you can at least take out the trash without extra help, kid," Danis said, approaching Zemin and Gane. "Finally, someone beat this pill-head's ass."
"Fuck… you," Gane groaned from the ground, to which Danis immediately responded with a kick which shut him up.
"Oh. Hello, Mister Danis," Zemin said, then frowned. "Why did no one tell me that every Esquire gets a personal package?"
"Well, you know now, so SOMEONE told you. Forget that, kid! The packages of these guys are now your fair spoils." Danis smirked. "I'm going to show you what exactly these three were after."
