It is the most important part of life. Even daily life gives you that much, which makes you feel better. It is important to learn how to build a better life. Self-realisation is one of the best practices. With one's own experience, one can feel better. Alternatively, one can feel better about themselves. Now the thing is for good realization. When you do well, it makes you feel better. Either you smile or you cry. No other than this. A concept that comes from ancient Indian literature is that you need to do things that are basically your basic needs. Means your basic needs are fully met, fulfilling your basic needs. But if you want to do much, then you never compare yourself with others. Because your comparison is creating thoughts for analysing yourself. And the analysis will never help you achieve better self-realisations. In this gap, you need a slice of joy in your life. Philoshophycaly, you are ready to get started, or even you are for the action, which is filling up your life with a slice of your life.Let's understand it with some examples. My parents started to build a home. At this time, I have no money. Even my parents are without money. But they start it. I also work with them. We work together with contractors and laborers. Built the home. Parents are with their old age. But after six months, it takes time. We do not get proper rest for our bodies. Mentally, we are also tied. Actually, we need rest to enjoy life in our new home. But we face regular work. Some time we need money, some time we need cement or rod, and even some time we need time. Finally, it is going to be under control. Then, after a few days, I found we had so many things to do at home. We cannot say that we are all set. But at that time, Quarentine (pendamic) came to the front. Due to COVID, we need to follow the protocol. I and my parents are positive. Governance and doctors have come to us. I found myself working with soil, cement, and rod, but within a few days we were surrounded by doctors and nurses. This slice of life is not okay for us, but it is acceptable with some logical logic. Life says I will return to you. What are you doing to life or giving to life? My parents do not accept it. But it is mandatory to follow protocols. When we went to the COVID special centre, we found that many people were leaving there. The government has alerted us to a separate room, and we are not allowed to come out of the room. A nourse provides us with so many things, like a bed, bedsit, pillow, towell, hair oil, water bottle, two-time food, a two-time break fast, medicine as per requirement, and a shop. And others, like separate almirahs,. When my water bottle is empty, I ask for water to nurse. She told me to just go to the end of this section. You found an aquagard. You can take both types of water (hot or normal). I say thanks to her, take two to three bottles with me, and walk towards the water points. When I reached that point, I saw some kids playing there. I was surprised earlier. But I am not saying anything to them. I found they were playing with water. There is no fear on their faces. I ask them, Where do you come from? They told me about their village's name. I tell them not to spend much time with the water warden or nurse; never allow them to do this. One of them simply answered, We are not spending too much time here. Actually, we are studying at school at this time. But some people come to us and take us with our parents to this place. So we are here. And we found a way to play here, so we are here to play. We return to our room now. I said, OK, go back to your alert room and play there. If you have your book with you, then read your book. One of them again replied to me, but we are not in our school. A smile comes to my face. I said yes; you are true. But you all go back to your parents. And then I return with my bottle. After that, I sit in my room and realise that I am not busy with my homemaking work here. Here, I have sufficient time to take a rest. The movement makes me happy. My realisation is that I am getting knowledge from some kids. They are not studying, and they are so happy. That is because they do not impede play.
A small movement makes you feel better or motivates you to do your best. After that incident, I prepared myself to make every single movement the best it could be. I enjoyed being a witness on a great day. I and my parents have no choice in that place. We are not leaving there by force. We are doing memorabilia in that situation. We take madness as required. After some time, we get a fitness certificate. Even I sent a story to the government with the title "A real hero of life." This story is based on a real-life experience. And that was selected national-wise in India. This life lesson inspires us to believe in ourselves and never miss out on the most important lesson of our lives. And the immediacy of taking action is saving lives from pendamic. Here, the good slice of life is to just enjoy the present and never think too much about the situation that is occupying you. This slice is saving the life of oneself for family and for others. This is the true smile, which is honed by wisdom.
