Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 - Third Game

The dim silver light of the end of a month moon illuminated a large stretch of a green painted world, separated from universal space, with slight protrusions which interlock each other in a while. Crystal clear liquid flowed in and around the world, twisting and coiling around the large stretch of green, gathering once in a while.

Above this green world was a dark curtain with lighted dots, glowing with a myriad of colours. From virtuous white, to fiery red, to magnificent emerald, to mysterious purple, to eerie shiny black, masquerading the skies with their diverse colours and unique auras.

The short pure green grass, the major contributor of this large stretch world, crawls on the abnormally fertile land for trillions of miles while being decorated by lush forestry.

The forests were populated with mystical trees.

The tall trees with their black as night trucks had their crowns populated with leaves of varying colours almost as if it reflects the skies on itself.

On these mystical trees were enticing orbs. Their colour was subtle pink with a juicy look and soft texture. Each ripe one had mysterious emerald runes that seem to hold in it an echo of the secrets of the universe as an entity, pulsating softly in a harmonious rhythm. Between the trees, low within the grass were white tulips, swaying slightly with innocence as the wind sang along them.

Scattered across the world in purposeful groups were three races.

In the north where a large gathering of water lied, a race of sea serpents dwelled in the depths. Their long bodies were adorned with azure scales that seem to have its own shine.

Their heads were honoured with twin horns which were black in colour, two long whiskers at the side and a single transparent gem embedded in their foreheads. Within the gem were emerald runes just like those on the orbs. They stem and move all around the body of the sea serpents, spreading their ancient aura all over the serpents. The serpents themselves exuded an innate aura that seem overbearing yet fluid making them seem like gods in their environment, slithering around with pure grace.

Towards the east was another race of large birds resting and pacing around peacefully. The air around that particular area seemed wavy due to the extreme heat naturally being released from every single one of these orange flaming birds.

Their flaming dancing feathers were decorated with the emerald runes, drawing a beautiful contrast against their orange bodies. Despite their terrifying appearance they were actually peaceful.

At the southern part of the plain, the last race resided. The area looked unstable with shifting gravitational pulls, working messily with no particular order. Within this land were intangible panthers, black as the darkest of nights as they paced around. Unlike the other inhabitants, theirs ethereal bodies were devoid of the emerald runes, instead, it was in their eyes, creating an intricate web of runes that join together in a circular form replacing their iris and granting them mysterious benefits.

The three races guarded the ancient land as their honourable duty.

In the middle of this ancient paradise was a huge tree. Its crown scraping the heavens as it stretched for hundreds miles. Its trunk, huge and strong enough to hold the heavens stood silently with its pale pink body just like the roots that spanned across the world below ground. The crown was adorned with virtuous white broad leaves that created a slight holy halo around the tree.

Hanging from a branch at the centre of the crown was a single fruit. Unlike the others, this one had a plain white colour, almost transparent. Within it were the primordial emerald runes which pulsated with the essence of the universe, holding the universal truths and secrets of laws, time, space, void and the various elements that made up the fundamental and rudimental structure of the universe.

From the primordial fruit stemmed the ancient runes that dotted the land, granting it a taste of the universe's primordial laws.

At the peak of the night, the peace and harmony that reigned over the plain for eons was finally interrupted. The western horizon started to turn crimson. A domineering pressure washed over from there, causing the air to turn stale.

The aura of destruction spread over the plane, carrying with it the stench of death. The dreadful aura was so vast in power that the three guardian clans became alerted, getting out of their slumber and relaxed states.

They gathered towards the western horizon, the source of the growing aura.

The dragons with their dignified scales were levitating slightly above the ground, their serpentine bodies slithering in place.

The phoenixes stood against the crimson horizon with their flaming dancing feathers and overbearing heat.

The panthers stood out against the backdrop of the virtuous white primordial tree. Their unique eyes studying the horizon in resolute silence.

"She finally broke the seal huh?" A voice as overbearing as his appearance and at the same time fluid as the waters, the elder dragon Igraz spoke up.

"It was inevitable." Different from her appearance, a voice as peaceful as the swaying tulips and as melodious as the quiet song of the wind sounded from Ignis, the elder Phoenix.

"We will just end it this time." Heavy a second and light in the next, a soothing but gritty, rough but smooth voice came from Niue, the elder panther.

The three clans stood together facing the growing crimson horizon. Their expressions and demeanours were calm and collected as they stood behind their elders. They numbered in millions with the dragons being the majority.

Slowly, the guardians saw figures appearing from the horizon, their number flooding the horizon. They all looked humanoid, standing tens of metres tall, half the height of the guardians. Their bodies were ashen in colour, rough in texture with wide crimson cracks across their skin. Their hair was non-existent, replaced with burning streaks of crimson flames.

Their eyes were crimson, holding within them malicious glee. Their heads were adorned with twisted dual horns, black as night. Their bodies were slightly masked with faint crimson mist that slowly swirls around their bodies, carrying a distinct devilish demeanour and painting the horizon.

High above them, the owner of the domineering pressure calmly walked into the plain.

Her silk like hair cascading over her shoulders like a dark river, swaying gently with her steps matched her pale white skin. Her youthful figure was covered by an elegant and beautifully simple dark robe made of simple woven silk. Her white feet poking out of the robe was adorned with dainty sandals.

She had a youthful and smooth angel-like face that brimmed with life and youth showing a slight smile. Her movement carried the charm and elegance of an experienced female, each step containing eons of acquired grace. The only thing out of place about her was her crimson glowing pupils coated with dark as night iris that contained casualness in its depths with a tint of glee.

She released her invisible and intangible aura at full force, putting pressure on the guardians making them look visibly strained. The only ones unaffected were the elders. A light smile appeared on her face when she saw them unaffected. She took another step and instantly appeared a hundred meters from the elders, crossing the thousands of kilometres distance between them in a second!

"We meet again brethren." She said in a cheerful voice, her demeanour looking playful instead of the overbearing one she showed.

"Your presence is not welcomed here Kzuya." Igraz, the elder dragon said in a harsh manner, unfazed by her godly feat.

"Aww come on," Kzuya pouted. "don't be such a meanie draggi"

"Why don't you just give up on this pointless goal?" Ignis the elder phoenix said convincingly.

"I have to sister," Kzuya showed her a smile. "You guys are just turning a blind eye to the truth. This needs to be done by someone."

"And why does it have to be you?" Igraz asked with a frown.

"Simple," Kzuya turned to him. "I'm not scared."

Igraz's frown deepened at her words then a slight smile appeared on his lips.

"Stay longer this time will you?" His voice like a low growl sounded out a threat. Kzuya's smile turned wider then she turned to the quiet Niue.

"What's with the long silence brother?"

Niue looked at her for a while then turned to her approaching army.

"Talk is pointless and I don't plan on wasting energy on a seal this time." Niue's dynamic voice sounded, calm as a lake.

"You don't change it seems." Kzuya looked at him, amused then started to ascend, her dainty feet leaving the grass. She ascended backwards and stopped high in the air between the two armies.

The elder guardians started to ascend as they moved forward. Simultaneously they released their auras.

Fluid and flexible as his habitat but overbearing as his presence, a smooth aura washed over like a wave from the elder dragon that was slithering as he moved through the air, battling Kzuya's aura.

Blossoming like a fiery flower of the desert, a wild aura washed over from the elder phoenix syncing with the elder dragon's aura to fully resist Kzuya's aura.

Finally, a heavy aura pushed out slowly from the elder panther, merging smoothly with that of the other elders and pushed back Kzuya's aura, relieving the guardians of the pressure which in turn bore down on Kzuya's army with higher intensity.

The elders stopped just a few kilometres away from Kzuya.

Kzuya slightly raised her hand in an inviting gesture and said.

"Let's start our third game shall we?"
