As we finished our breakfast, I felt the lingering warmth of the laughter and camaraderie from moments earlier. Aurelia leaned back in her chair, stretching her arms with a satisfied sigh.
"Should we go now?" she asked, glancing at me with a playful smile. "Or do you think we should wait a bit longer?"
I shook my head, a smile tugging at my lips. "Let's wait for Riley and Seraphine. They should be joining us soon, and I'd like to catch up with them."
Aurelia chuckled, leaning closer. "You just want to tease them about last night, don't you?"
I grinned, a mischievous glint in my eyes. "Well, maybe a little. It's not every day I get to see my sister so flustered."
Aurelia laughed, her eyes twinkling with amusement. "You do realise we were just as loud, if not louder."
I felt my cheeks flush again, but I couldn't help but laugh. "Yes, but it's different when it's someone else. Besides, Riley and Seraphine make such a cute couple."
