Wei Anning, upon hearing him, really started to feel hungry. As she reached for her backpack intending to sling it on, Leng Youchen took it from her and placed it on his knee. She smiled softly and walked behind him, pushing the wheelchair outside.
As she looked at his back, she thought to herself how tall and distinguished that figure would be if only Leng Youchen could stand and walk.
After their dinner, they returned to the villa, and it was almost eleven o'clock. Leng Youchen had a video conference and went straight to the study. Wei Anning, exhausted from the day, took a bath, crawled into bed, and fell asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow.

Wei Anning yawned as she went downstairs and saw Leng Youchen, who usually left early and returned late, unexpectedly not going to the office but sitting on the sofa reading a newspaper. She ran to him, thrilled, and asked, "You're not going to the office today?"
