"You've grown so much in just a year..." muttered Therese, standing off to the side and smiling as she observed Will adjust the cufflinks of a stylish, dark blue, nearly black overcoat with gold embroidery on the right breast, shoulder, and left hem.
"And you haven't changed even a little since I was a young boy," lied Will, directing a wink at his aging, purple-haired Governess. Therese was still a very beautiful woman, but at sixty-three years old, the luster of her purple hair had diminished considerably, and the laugh lines around her eyes had deepened, especially when she smiled.
"Such a charmer~" hummed Therese, understanding that Will was paying her lip service but appreciating it greatly.
