Was the moon goddess testing me? Because I didn't understand one single bit.
"Take it or leave it, she's our mate. I am also very surprised by this discovery". Scott muttered within me.
"Are you okay?". Beta Duncan distracted me from my train of thought. My head jerked towards him.
"You didn't seem okay the other day and then you also seemed distracted during our combat practice".
He was right. The first time, I was not okay because my wolf suddenly made himself known to me and then today, I found my mate.
No! I shook my head at the very thought. It wasn't true. She couldn't be.
I heard Beta Duncan sigh and I looked at him again.
"Anyway, I told her to get through me first as per your request".
I nodded simply and untied the piece of clothing from my arm.
"Why? Is there anything wrong?'.
