After having made a full recovery, the group decided to celebrate their victory, by sharing a feast. As they gathered they talked for hours and hours, telling each stories of their childhoods and many others and as time passed by it was finally time to head back.
As they were walking, "Isabella, Frank, Stephany, I'll be heading back on the road soon." Said Ace as the three student turned back looking at him. And they responded that they guessed he would leave eventually which didn't surprise them much and so each went their separate ways promising to see him off before his departure.
Back at the inn, with a satisfied face Ace went to sleep. "Hmmm, glad to see my powers are useful to you young boy. I can say without worries that you're ready for the next step, so here is my advice go north and look for the Dragon Hermit, he will give you insights on your role. Oh and take care of De.. no I guess I should call him Ryu right? Well then bye-bye warrior from another world." Said a strange man whose face could not be seen.
"Waaah! Huh, who-who was that? Hey Ryu who was that do you know him hey Ryu." Said Ace as he woke up abruptly from his weird dream. "What are you talking about, don't tell me you had another vision." Said Ryu with a perplexed voice. "Oh I see Ryu didn't hear him huh. But from the way he talked it's clear he knows about me and he seems to know Ryu quite well and especially what did he mean by his powers? But if I am to believe what he said then north he I come." Thought Ace as the mystery begins to unfold before him about his reincarnation.
During that time, "Isabella huh? Been a while since called that but somewhere I think I would have preferred if he stayed longer…. Maybe I…." said Isabella as she stared solemnly at the moon. A few days later, it was time for Ace to go back on his journey. As promised, close to the academy grounds, Frank and the princess came to say goodbye but Isabella wasn't present. "I did try to go check on her but Mira her roommate didn't know where she went either." Said the Princess.
"It's okay frankly even back in the village no one could figure her out but I know her she's not one to do things without a reason well on that note Frank, Stephany this is goodbye." Said as he shook hands with them. "Yes goodbye. If fate allows it, I hope to meet you again." Said Frank, "Goodbye, take care and have a safe trip." Said Stephany. And so Ace went away.
"Hey Ryu do you know someone named the Dragon Hermit." Asked Ace, "If memory serves, I think he is the guardian deity of the Sea of Trees in the north. Why? Was it a revelation from your dream?" said Ryu. "Yeah something like that." Answered Ace, "Well if you say so. Guess that means were going north then?" added Ryu where after Ace nodded.
As he was infront of the city gates ready to leave, "Well I guess I made it in time huh?" it was Isabella who was carrying a bag and travel clothes. "Iza? What are you doing with all that?" as Ace asked, Isabella immediately answered that she was coming along with him. "Wait what about the academy then?" added Ace, "Don't worry about it I left a letter of leave at the administration this morning and whatever you say I won't back down." Answered Isabella.
"Well whatever but don't complain after especially since what I do is dangerous." Said Ace, "Don't worry about it, I also left a letter to Frank and Stephany." She said and as they left "I look forward to traveling with you, Isabella." Said Ace with a smile on his face, "Same here Ace. By the way where are we going?" said Isabella. "To the Sea of Trees in the north." He answered. And so as they continue their chatter a new journey begins for the both of them towards the Sacred Grounds of the Denizens of the Forest.
