The day had arrived, who would have known a normal girl would end up as a mafia boss's girlfriend. She took a bath, got dressed and left her room to go to the living room only to find her mom and grandma looking at her baby photos and she couldn't help but roll her eyes "I'm moving out not dying" Gabby said teasingly, a knock came at the door and gabby silently prayed it was not something Xander sent but it was only Chloe and Gina "gabby!" they both exclaimed and hugged her then turned around and greeted her mom and grandma "you ready gabby" asked Gina "No girls look at you so slim no you will first have breakfast before you go OK?" her grandma said when gabby received a text on her phone
Xander: go to Chloe's apartment Xavier will pick you up from there OK kitten?
Gabby: OK
That's was all she texted back
When it was time to go gabby hugged and kissed her mom and grandma "we'll miss you sunshine" her mom said "I'll miss you guys too" she said and got into Chloe's car and waved to them as they drove away "so where does he live" Chloe asked "uhm.... Well he said we should go to your apartment Chloe" Gabby answered "wait how does he know where I live" said Chloe "he's rich he must have his sources" Gina answered while gabby just sat there thinking.
When they got to Chloe's apartment Xavier was already waiting for them to arrive, he smiled warmly at Gina and gabby while gabby was looking for something in her car "Gabriella, how are you doing today?" he asked politely "why so formal, you can just call me gabby or Ella, choose your pick" she said "OK.... Gabby" he said while in his mind he was thinking 'Xander is going to kill me' he turned to look at Gina "I reckon you are Regina..... Woods right?" he asked, gabby snapped her head to look at gabby who mouthed the word 'brother' Gina understood "yes that's me nice to meet you....." she trailed off "Xavier" he answered her silent question "nice to meet you Xavier" Gina said "hey gabby have you seen my phone?" Chloe looked up from inside her car to ask the question and Xavier could do nothing but stare at her awestruck but immediately composed himself telling himself this lady was bad news "never mind found it" she said and walked over "hey cutie" Chloe said to Xavier for him to only smile a little shyly "CHLOE!" both Gina and gabby exclaimed "relax just messing with him, come on let's go get your stuff" Chloe said "don't worry the chauffeur will do it" Xavier said still staring at Chloe until it was time for gabby to go. They hugged each other, made plans for another day and said goodbye and gabby left.
In the car Xavier said "Xander isn't home so I'll help you settle in" once they got there gabby got out of the car and stared with her mouth open, it was a literal modern black mansion, it was massive and looked like it could have 20-30 rooms in it but as they made their way inside she was flabbergasted, it was the epitome of luxury, gabby stepped into a room that looked like a waiting lounge walking further into the mansion was two stairways leading up in a circle form or so "hey gabby are you gonna stand there or come so I can show you your room" Xavier smiled, gabby realized she was just standing there so she moved to follow Xavier up the stairs wondering why they couldn't just use the elevator
when they reached her room she looked at Xavier "is this really my room?" she asked "only God knows how Xander knew your favorite color is cherry peach" Xavier said, and he had a point the entire room was cheery peach with touches of white and to be honest she loved the way it looked, the room was five times the size of her room, the bed was in the far end middle of the room it was a literal king master sized bed, a walk-in closet, book shelves, a very big dress up table and so much more.
She knew her clothes would never fill up the closet so looks like she was going shopping "do you like it?" Xavier asked "It's absolutely gorgeous, is this really all just for me" gabby asked, Xavier chuckled knowing very well his brother was going to abandon his own room and sleep in gabby's room "yes it is or which other female do you see here" he said, gabby just smiled and went further into the room "I'll take my leave now, you get some rest" he said telling the servant that came with him to drop the bag and leave with him.
Gabby arranged her clothes in the closet which barely took up quarter of the the size of the closet, then she went to the book selves and took a book and stared reading it until she drifted off to sleep with the book on her chest.
She woke up to find the book carefully placed on the table beside her bed with a book mark, looking around she almost screamed realizing this wasn't her room unlit it finally clicked "psycho mafia" she muttered under her breath, she got out of bed took a bath and changed into a new set of clothes and went downstairs to find Xander and that lady Dinah talking, she was about to turn and go back upstairs to her room until "Where do you think you are going little kitten, come here" Gabby turned around slowly, Xander looked at her normally while Dinah just glared at her, she descended the stairs where they were sitting and greeted Dinah who basically ignored her, she was about to sit on the couch beside Xander when she heard "no kitten this is where you will sit" he said tapping his lap, gabby didn't know what to say so she just looked at him and then her gaze shifted to Dinah who was glaring at her, Xander tapped his lap again and said "you have no choice" and all gabby could do was sit in his lap.
