"And, that's the last of em," Callon said as he pierced one of the goblins using his spiked gauntlets. "Is everyone okay?"
"Apart from this poor sap, we're all good," replied one of the hunters as he poked the corpse lying on the ground. "What do we do with his body?"
"Leave it. He signed the contract, so we're legally not forced to drag him out," replied Callon. "So, where to next, Hunter?" he inquired with a light and cheery tone, almost as if a switch had been turned on. Or off.
Hunter stepped forward and looked at the corner of the mineshaft. He looked around him to try and scout traps that the goblins may have set. Luckily, he found nothing and allowed the hunters to continue down the path.
As they walked, Eve crept up behind Hunter and pulled his shirt, grabbing his attention. He turned his head and looked at Eve, who clearly had a question on her mind.
