The snide clerk, trembling like a sieve, kept bowing and admitting his error, "I'm sorry! Sir, madam, I'm sorry! It was my fault for looking down on others, for not recognizing real talent when I see it. Please don't stoop to my level; forgive me."
"Forgive you? Too late to be thinking about that now!"
Slap!
The manager, in a fit of anger, landed a slap across the snide clerk's face, making him bleed from the corner of his mouth.
"You're fired! Get out! We don't need someone with your attitude here!"
The snide clerk didn't dare utter a word in defense, and, covering his face, he ran off crying.
The store manager then turned to them with a full face of apology, "Sir, I am truly sorry, it's my fault for the lax management that led to your being treated this way."
Ye Fei waved his hand dismissively, "It's fine."
After finishing, he pointed to the clothes in front of them, "Wife, try them all on. If you like them, we'll buy everything."
