Mana, also known as Magic Power, emerged after the Day of the Lone. This energy is believed to be the Complete Opposite of Aura, possessing Spiritual and Mental Properties. It is a force that can be manipulated by living beings, including Humans, Asura, Elves, and other Creatures, as well as Objects.
The Manipulation of Mana involves Molding and Pushing the Magic Energy out from the body, a process that is commonly known as Magic. The characters who have mastered the art of manipulating Mana can use it in various ways, creating spectacular effects that are unique to their abilities and skills. The key to performing Magic is the ability to control Mana's flow and use it to create desired outcomes. Depending on the user's proficiency, Mana can be used to Heal, Attack, Defend, or perform other amazing feats.

Mana Containers....
Mana is everywhere; in creatures, plants, the Air, the Water, etc. Creatures capable of utilizing Mana store the energy in Mana Containers, a Storage System within the body. If the containers is completely empty, the body will then slowly replenish itself by absorbing Mana from the Air (or Water). Reckless treatment of the Container can result in the User permanently damaging their Container and their ability to perform Magic at all.
Mana Containers such as Mana Circles, Mana Rings, Mana Tattooes or Mana Objects.

Raw Mana...
Mana, like stated before, is a type of energy. It can be given shape and form, but in it's Natural raw State, the body has to naturally refine it to make it usable. This is why certain Races have Adaptations that give them Advantages when it comes to refining this Mana. Depending on the location, Mana can be in a Variety of States. Water is much thicker than Air and as such, Mana flows differently between them. Pulling Mana from Water is harder than getting Mana from the Air. The Race such Gracias who live Underwater have Small Mana Containers, but their Refined Mana is much stronger and durable than the Average Human, and as a result, much More Potent and Concentrated. Elves, who are more attuned with Nature, are able to absorb Mana at a Faster Rate, but their Mana Containers suffer because of it, making then more Delicate. The Mana in Dungeons and Gates is so concentrated and heavy that ordinary creatures risk having their containers break from all the pressure.As Such Many Artifacts Containing Mana and Mana Objects are found there.

Damaged Mana Containers....
Like mentioned before, one can injure their Mana Containers by Reckless Use,Outside Pressure, and Straining Their Containers. A Damaged Container isn't a joke and Some of the Most Skilled Healers in World Can't Fix it , Only Holy Saint and Holy Saintess Fix it. As soon as your Container "Breaks", you will know. You will feel the remaining Mana slowly leave your body and you will feel Disconnected from the World, as if you're Missing apart of Yourself.
