Ryouta and Yona were both walking through the shopping district of Tokyo. It was lively as always and Other than them, there were other couples who were in school uniforms. But these two stood out among them.
People were staring at them as they wore uniforms of the most prestigious school of the world. Other than their uniform, what stood out the most is their otherworldly beauty.
Yona wasn't confident like she used to be at the school as to why Ryouta is a model and she wondered if It was okay for him to go out like this, and holding a girl's hand too.
"Ryouta.." Yona called out as she stopped walking.
"Mm?" Ryouta looked at Yona. somehow he wasn't acting like before. he was in a good mood and he was okay when he looked in to Yona's eyes.
"Umm. is this okay? I mean you are a celebrity and people would misunderstand~" Yona mumbled looking around.
"Misunderstand how?" Ryouta looked at yona with a cheeky smile. Ryouta don't usually get a chance to tease Yona like this. normally it would be the other way around but this time it was different.
However Yona didn't realized what was going on. she just answered.
"Well you know, They might think we are.. err.. Dating (?) or something--" Yona stopped talking as she heard a chuckle.
"pfft" Ryouta was trying to hold back his laugh but he couldn't. Yona felt super embarrassed. it was the first time she felt like this after remembering her life as Melinoē.
Yona stepped on Ryouta's foot as hard as she could and went passed him as Ryouta slumped down but he still couldn't stop laughing. but he got up and quickly caught Yona by her hand.
"Sorry, sorry.. haha.. Anyway don't worry about that. if someone dared to upload anything my manager will take care of it. He looks like an easy going man but he is the best manager in all our company." Ryouta spoke up with smiling.
"F-fine then.." Yona said with a little pout. She was not upset, She was just embarrassed. she looked away after saying that but she held Ryouta's hand again. That made both of them blush hard.
"A-anyways~" Ryouta spoke up again. "About earlier. You see I-"
Ryouta was about to tell Yona about the incident which happened even though it was pretty crazy. But someone disturbed them.
"Yona? Is that you?" a unfamiliar voice came from behind as both Ryouta and Yona looked behind. It was a tall guy also wearing a high school uniform but it was not from the nightingale high school. He had average looks and He had a weird expression seeing Yona. He scanned her from head to knee and he glared at ryouta's and Yona's locked hands.
"Oh~ it's umm-" Yona tilted her head as if asking who the hell are you.
"Don't you remember me, You confessed your feeling to me when we were in 3rd year of middle school. It's me. Takeda Mushitaro." The guy shouted as both Ryouta and Yona were pretty surprised.
"Confessed??" Ryouta looked at Yona with a surprised look.
"Ah..." Yona remembered who he was. Before her memory returned, She was rather foolish, Not in studies. In socializing. Takeda who apparently had a bet with his classmates approached yona and acted nicely. and being treated nicely for the first time made Yona think she was in love and she confessed and got turned down in a terrible manner.
Yona's hand unconsciously slapped her head hard which freaked out Ryouta who was standing next to her.
"So?" Yona looked up at him as her eyes got began to look scary. but the guy was too much of a fool to see the rage of her as he babble on.
"I can't believe you got this beautiful. it has only been about a month since I last saw you." He said while trying to approach Yona but Ryouta stepped it.
"Darling. Is this a classmate from your middle school?" Ryouta asked Yona with a sweet voice as he held Yona by her waist.
Yona was pretty surprised but understood almost immediately. She smiled at ryouta.
"Yeah~ We went to middle school together. it is a shame that he didn't get selected to got to high school in nightingale high school though." Yona spoke up. Ryouta was surprised at how her tone suddenly changed and normally Yona would always be formal when she is talking but she suddenly became so sweet. But ryouta was actually enjoying this side of her
"I see~" Again with a sweet voice Ryouta talked as he looked at Yona. but his look became cold as he looked at the man standing in front of them.
"It seems that You were a friend of My Girlfriend. I am glad you took care of My darling really well because she always talk about her middle school life with such passion. Anyway we are late because My darling wanted to eat a certain frappe. So we will be leaving now." Ryouta said with a smile. He was smiling but his eyes weren't smiling at all.
The guy got extremely scared because even without knowing Ryouta was using Dragon's eye.It is a power of Emerald, The great General of Dragons. It could burn down the whole world if he use it with the full capacity. other than that it could see the past and the future of a soul too.
However it was very weak as Ryouta didn't have any mana. That is why the mortal who was under the pressure didn't turn in to ashes and why Yona did not feel the use of the Dragon's eye.
Takeda felt the urge to run away but he couldn't. even with Ryouta's weak power, A mere mortal was not able to move when he is being looked upon by great Dragon's eyes. But as soon as ryouta looked away, He ran away without looking back.
"What was that?" both Ryouta and Yona mumbled at the same time and realizing that they both laughed.
"He-" Yona tried to explain what happened in middle school but Ryouta stopped her as he saw the sad look on her face.
"It's okay- Tell me when you are ready." Ryouta shrugged as he smiled at Yona.
"Anyways, Ms.girlfriend, Shall we go eat frappe."
As Ryouta said that Yona's heart was beating so loudly. She nodded with a smile.
"-- You know, I don't mind even if you become mine for real though." Ryouta mumbled with a low voice as going passed Yona.
"Huh? did you say something?" Yona asked as she followed Ryouta.
"Eh?.. No nothing.. Hurry or the frappe with be finished," Ryouta pulled Yona closer and ran toward the frappe shop.
