Chapter 11 - 11. 12 Surya namaskar posture

After having dinner with his family, Bhole goes to bed. While sleeping, he discovers himself in a misty location. It feels both familiar and unfamiliar at the same time.

Bhole wanders around, surrounded by white smoke up to his knees. All of a sudden, he spots a light and heads towards it.

As he approaches the light, a small beam of light moves towards him and enters between his eyebrows. Then, Bhole wakes up from his slumber.

As Bhola awakens from his slumber, he realizes that there are twelve specific poses lingering in his mind. These poses form a set exercise known as Surya Namaskar, a common yoga routine in modern times. However, there is something unique about this set exercise. Each pose seems to depict a running motion, executed with precision and accuracy.

In his mind's eye, Bhola visualizes himself performing each pose with meticulous attention to detail.

The angles of his arms, legs, and body are perfect, and his breath flows in a rhythmic pattern. With each movement, he feels a sense of alignment and focus, as if he is synchronizing his body with the energy of the sun.

As he contemplates the significance of these poses, Bhola is struck by their resemblance to the fluidity and grace of running.

Each posture embodies the essence of motion and vitality, urging him to embrace the spirit of movement and progress in his daily life.

Bhola is currently visualizing and mentally performing all these postures.

Bhola returns his focus to the present moment after a period of visualization.

He notices a little but considerable difference between himself and the bead, similar to a minute change. He can now feel the inside part of the bead, but it is a mild sensation as if he is only touching the surface.

Bhola glances to the side to check the time and realizes that it's already morning. Today, instead of his usual meditation, he contemplates performing the 12 postures as he visualized earlier.

As Bhola observes the morning light filtering through the window, he feels a surge of determination.

He recalls the vivid imagery of the 12 postures he visualized earlier. Each posture, intricately etched in his mind, beckons him to recreate them in the physical realm.

With a deep breath, Bhola begins his practice. He starts with the first posture, the Mountain Pose, standing tall and grounded like a mountain.

He feels the strength and stability radiating through his body as he holds the pose with precision.

Moving seamlessly to the next posture, the Tree Pose, Bhola extends one leg and places the sole of his foot against his inner thigh.

With arms stretched overhead like branches, he finds balance and grace in the pose, embodying the resilience of a tree swaying in the breeze.

Transitioning fluidly from one posture to another, Bhola flows through the sequence with grace and focus.

Each pose demands his full attention, requiring him to align his body with precision and mindfulness.

As he moves through the series, Bhola experiences a profound sense of connection between mind and body.

The rhythmic flow of his breath guides him through each movement, grounding him in the present moment.

With each posture, Bhola feels a deep sense of rejuvenation and vitality coursing through his veins.

The practice becomes a moving meditation, a sacred ritual that nourishes his soul and revitalizes his spirit.

As Bhola completes the final posture, the Corpse Pose, he lies down in a state of deep relaxation.

His body feels light and expansive, his mind clear and serene. In this moment of stillness, he basks in the afterglow of his practice, feeling grateful for the journey of self-discovery and inner transformation.

As Bhola persists in his practice, he notices subtle imperfections in his execution of the postures.

Determined to achieve absolute precision, he makes repeated attempts to correct any discrepancies, striving for flawless alignment and fluidity in each movement.

With unwavering focus and dedication, Bhola refines his technique with each repetition. He adjusts his stance, fine-tunes his alignment, and synchronizes his breath with precision.

Despite the challenges, he remains steadfast in his commitment to mastering the art of the 12 postures.

As he continues to practice, Bhola enters a state of deep concentration where the world around him fades into the background.

His entire being is consumed by the singular goal of perfecting each posture, and he loses himself in the meditative rhythm of his movements.

In this heightened state of awareness, Bhola experiences a profound sense of clarity and presence.

Distractions dissolve, and his mind becomes singularly focused on the task at hand.

With each moment of intense concentration, he feels himself drawing closer to the elusive state of perfection he seeks.

And then, in a moment of sublime grace, Bhola achieves a breakthrough. As if guided by an unseen force, he effortlessly flows through the 12 postures with flawless precision.

Every movement is executed with impeccable grace and accuracy, each poses a testament to his unwavering commitment and perseverance.

In this moment of success, Bhola experiences profound clarity and a sense of energy coursing through his body as energy passes a small amount of something excreted from his pores. His body feels better, and so does his mind.

Then a sharp pain assault struck; this ache came from a muscle. He merely lay there, and when he stood up after a 20-minute respite, he noticed a horrible odor all over his body. He ran for a bath out of disgust.

"After bathing, Bhola notices that his body feels remarkably light, and the previous aches and pains have vanished completely.

He decides to test his newfound strength by going for a run, and to his delight, he feels great.

Even when sprinting at full speed, his breath remains steady, whereas before, he would feel out of breath within the first few seconds of a run.

Additionally, he notices that his muscles feel stronger than ever before.

To further test his strength, he spots several bags of fertilizer lying nearby. With ease, he lifts one of the bags, realizing that tasks that once required considerable effort now feel effortless."

"After witnessing these changes, Bhola decides that he will share this with his parents and teach them as well. Moreover, with the continuous consumption of water from the bead land, their bodies have become much healthier than before."

Bhola headed towards home, feeling energized and determined to share his discoveries with his parents. As he enters the house, he finds his parents in the living room.

"Bhola, you're back early today. Everything okay?" his mother asks with a concerned look.

"Yes, everything's fine, Mom. Actually, I want to talk to both of you about something important," Bhola replies, his voice brimming with excitement.

His father, noticing Bhola's enthusiasm, gestures for him to continue. "What is it, son? What's on your mind?" he inquires.

Bhola takes a deep breath, ready to share his revelations. "I've been experimenting with something lately, and I've noticed some incredible changes in my body and mind," he begins, his eyes gleaming with anticipation.

His parents exchange curious glances, intrigued by Bhola's words. "What kind of changes?" his mother asks, leaning forward with interest.

"Well, it's about a set of yoga postures I've been practicing. They're called the 12 poses of Surya Namaskar," Bhola explains, his voice filled with conviction. "And I believe they have the power to transform our health and well-being."

His father nods thoughtfully. "That sounds interesting. What do you want us to do?" he inquires.

"I want both of you to learn these poses and practice them with me. I truly believe they can make a difference in our lives," Bhola says earnestly, his eyes shining with determination.

His parents exchanged a glance, silently communicating their willingness to support Bhola in his endeavor. "Alright, Bhola. We trust you. Show us these poses, and we'll give it a try," his father says, offering his full support.

Bhola's face lights up with a grateful smile as he begins to demonstrate each pose, explaining their benefits and proper technique in detail.

His parents listen attentively, eager to learn from their son and embark on this journey towards better health together.

Bhola is explaining the poses and mentions that he learned them from the bead land. He adds that it's important to keep it a secret since the source of these movements is unique, although it is the same as modern-day Surya Namaskar yoga.

When done with precision, angle, and breath, it has its uniqueness. Bhola believes that it's crucial to keep this uniqueness between them.

His parents nod in understanding, recognizing the significance of Bhola's request. "Of course, Bhola. We'll keep it between us," his mother assures him, her expression reflecting her trust and support.

With their agreement secured, Bhola proceeds to guide them through each posture, emphasizing the need for secrecy and the transformative potential of the practice. Together, they immerse themselves in the teachings, eager to unlock the hidden benefits of the 12 poses of Surya Namaskar.

Despite hours of dedicated practice, Bhola and his parents still find themselves needing to refine their techniques.

Yet, amidst the efforts and the persistence, they begin to notice subtle changes both in their bodies and their minds.

Bhola observes.

"Though there's room for improvement, I can feel a certain lightness in my body, and my mind seems clearer than before." His parents echo similar sentiments, acknowledging the gradual yet tangible shifts taking place within them.

As they continue their journey of self-improvement through the ancient art of Surya Namaskar, they remain hopeful and determined, knowing that each step forward brings them closer to their goal of holistic well-being.
