Chapter 12 - Orc Attack!

Chapter 14: Orc Attack!

"Scree! Village Head, Village Head! Emergency!"

Right in the middle of the goblin village, a large wooden house was stationed. A goblin came running and, without warning, entered the door to find an old looking goblin.

He was sitting in a meditation position, wearing a dark robe; his wooden staff was next to him.

"Speak!" Shamuji was annoyed by the smelly vermin who annoyed him, he looked at him with squinted eyes as he ordered.

"Skree! It's, It's the orcs, village head! 3 of them! They're, They're attacking our village! The soldiers are holding the back but they're getting slaughtered.

"Oh?" Shamuji spoke, squinting his eyes even more as an evil glint passed from them. He looked at the entrance of his house and then back at the goblin.

"Perfect timing! Follow me." He commanded while getting up from his position and walking towards the door. When he got out, the two headed straight for the gate.

"Scree! Yes, Village Head!" The goblin shouted and ran behind the shaman.

When the shaman got out of the gate, he was met with 2 orcs. He instantly recognized their pale yellow fat bodies, their pig-like heads, and their clubs.

*Boom*

All around them were goblin soldiers using swords to slash at them and goblin corpses dying from their wooden clubs. The first guard who tried to stop them was dead, with his skull smashed to the ground.

"Scree! Kill!" One of the goblins shouted as he jumped at an orc, only to be smashed down by his club.

"Kukhkukh, What weaklings! You think you have a chance against the great me?" the orc laughed disgustingly as he smashed the goblins.

"Scree! The Village Head is here!" One of the goblins looked at Shamuji and shouted in relief.

Shamuji looked at the orcs and they did the same.

"You have some guts to attack my village!" Shamuji squinted his eyes and raised his staff high in the sky.

The orcs weren't too fazed by this.

"KukhKukh, Old Shaman! Hand over the meditation technique! Otherwise, our king will come and raze this whole village to the ground." The orc warned Shamuji as he started running towards him, the earth trembling with every step of his.

"Hmph! A lowly pig like you dares to threaten me? Even if your king were here, he wouldn't be able to have his way with me! And on what basis do you dare to talk about a meditation technique? Hmph! Die!" Shamuji was surprised at first but he managed to hide it before he conjured a Massive Fireball, The heat was enough to make Draco sweat buckets.

"Ku- W-what sorcery is this? Our king told us it was merely the size of a child's belly. D-did he lie to us?! N-no, it can't b- KUAAAAARGH!" Before he finished speaking, Shamuji threw his [Great Fireball] without any more small talk. His lackeys had already heard enough, and this wasn't good for him in any way.

"Skr- V-village He-! Spare Us!" The goblins who were next to the orcs weren't spared from the fireball, as they were burned to ashes in a few seconds, unlike their enemies, who were just charred beyond recognition.

Draco, who was on top of the cliff, looked at this and started calculating in his head, seeing the power of the shaman.

'Phew! Just a little and I wouldn't have been able to devour these guys.' Seeing the sizzling bodies of the orcs, Draco who had plans on taking the free loot, sighed.

'Seriously though, This guy wouldn't have spared me if I so much as posed more harm to him than benefits.'

Another goblin guard who was next to Shamuji was shivering in fear as he looked at his burned comrades but he didn't dare talk; Who didn't know the Village Head was ruthless?

"Kukh! M-Monster!" The third orc, who was far away from his comrades, looked at the fireball and was scared sh*tless. He didn't stall any longer as he turned tail and ran where he came from.

"Hmm... A little piggy managed to escape? Don't think you will be leaving here alive." Shamuji looked at the orc and raised his staff once more, launching another fireball speeding at the fleeing orc.

*Fwshh* *Tskh* *Boom*

"Hmph, Mindless fools!" Shamuji squinted his eyes in annoyance as he turned to enter his village, not noticing Draco who was watching everything from the top at all.
