What we've seen previously was the reaction of the Celestials above to Draco's Evolution. What about the one that Blessed him when he first evolved? The one that benefitted the most from his rise and now lost everything? What about the Imprisoned Celestial Of Fate?

For him to forget about Draco for less than a month and lose every and all chances at benefitting from him as his Blessed One it was obviously Fate preferring the latter over him.
