Chapter 12 - Echoes Of Restraint :Shadows In The Sand

"No need to kill him, let's just break their bones. Killing them for a small incident is too much," Rei said. Wicked nodded. "But Rei, they threatened to kill us. Isn't it natural for us to do the same?" Ruby said with narrowed eyes. "No need. Breaking their bones will be enough of a lesson for them," Rei said with a tight-lipped smile. Ruby nodded in agreement.

"At my command, disable their chakra points," Rei said. They nodded.

Rei made a hand gesture. They disappeared from the spot and reappeared behind the genins' backs. Rei and Ruby managed to knock the enemies out in one move. Wicked struggled but eventually, with the help of Ruby, he managed to knock the genin out. Rei made the last genin fall in the sand in a split second.

The so-called young master and his friends were dumbfounded at the sight of their powerful, inhuman strength holder bodyguard knocked out in a split second that they didn't manage to react properly. He looked at his lying bodyguards' twitching faces.

"Tie them up," a girl's mocking tone was heard.

"Are they going to kill me? Will I be tortured?" Such questions arose in the mind of the black-coated man, increasing his anxiety by every second. "I haven't got to enjoy my life to the fullest yet. I refuse to die," he muttered those words with a trembling face. All of a sudden, something kicked his legs that rendered his legs to be broken. He fell down and screamed at the top of his lungs. Someone started tying his legs together. His friends were in the same situation. He noticed the trio that he had kicked out of this place coming at him with smiles.

The beautiful sea that looked like it stretched to the horizon. The rustling melody of the falling waves, the salty scent of the sea winds that reached them with a calm tone, yet couldn't fix the turmoil in his heart.

A little kid, not more than twelve, was dragging him in the sand. He showed his unimaginable strength, lifting up a 90kg man without any visible trouble. The boy brought him near a tree and tied the rope to a big branch. He tried to move but couldn't. His friends were gazing at him the same way, all hanged upside down by their legs.
