Life Map Therapy 6: In the long journey of life, it's very important to draw up a lifestyle one enjoys and benefits from.
Wake up at 4 a.m., read for an hour and a half;
At 6:30 a.m., spend half an hour eating and freshening up;
Go out for a walk at 7, observe pedestrians, and study their mental states;
Head to class at 8;
At noon, finish classes, eat, and watch animations with main characters who have issues, like "jojo," and read books by authors who committed suicide, including "Stories of the Sahara" (Sanmao), "Rashomon" (Ryunosuke Akutagawa), "Snow Country" (Yasunari Kawabata), and "The Old Man and the Sea" (Hemingway);
Sleep from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.;
Get up at 1:30 p.m. and preview the afternoon lessons;
From 2 to 6 p.m., attend classes;
At 6 p.m., have dinner, then observe pedestrians in the cafeteria, especially focusing on acquaintances, and combine the known information to observe the targets' words and actions;
Take a walk on the sports field at 7;
