The rooftop was crowded with people, while Gu Tao stood in the yard facing the man seated in the Taishi Chair in the hall from afar.
"Mr. Gu, we meet again," the Wuxiang Sect Leader stood up and cupped his hands toward Gu Tao. His body was void of vitality, resembling a dying man. "I trust you have been well."
Gu Tao didn't speak, but simply took a lollipop out of his pocket, put it in his mouth, and then lightly clenched his fist with his right hand.
In a flash, over thirty spears pierced the man's body, lifting him off the ground. He hung there twitching lightly; blood flowed profusely from his mouth. Soon, he took his last breath, and no more air entered his body. His body slowly relaxed, and a copper plaque fell from his hand to the ground, the eyes of the tiger on it flickering faintly.
