Midnight, Incheon.
A speedboat approached a secluded port rapidly, then four people carrying two plastic barrels boarded a van. The van started and headed to the edge of the city, but they chose not to enter the urban area. Perhaps out of fear of being discovered, they stopped at the outskirts and quickly vacated, leaving the vehicle there.
Soon after, a police car stopped by. Two officers descended and shined their flashlights into the driver's cabin, finding nothing out of the ordinary, but the driver was nowhere to be seen. Quickly, more police arrived, and someone pried open the back of the van, which was empty except for two blue industrial waste barrels sitting there.
The barrels were bound together with wire, topped with an alarm clock. Obviously, this was a classic car bomb setup, and the traffic police didn't dare to act rashly. The bomb squad arrived on the scene, but as they were setting up a perimeter, the car exploded...
