The streets outside had already become quiet and chilly; the night in the old district was officially upon them. Gu Tao and Xin Chen, however, strolled through the alleys at a leisurely pace, finding the tranquil midst of activity comfortable and relaxing.
"Hey."
Suddenly, a soft call came from not far away. Gu Tao and Xin Chen slowly looked up to see a girl in blue sitting on the wall of an old courtyard, swinging her legs and looking at them with a smirk. Gu Tao glanced at Xin Chen, "Your friend?"
"No." Xin Chen shook his head, "Where would I get friends like that? I've got plenty of goofy online friends, though."
"Hmm." Gu Tao nodded and turned to the girl, "Who are you looking for?"
"Looking for you guys." The girl hopped down from the wall, clasped her hands in greeting, "Earth Immortal Xin, I've long admired you."
Xin Chen was taken aback for a moment and then returned the greeting, "Long admired, long admired."
