Gu Tao couldn't be bothered with him, simply turning on his phone and switching to the surveillance footage. Every corner of the room was clearly visible, and because it used a special system of light waves, everything could be seen very clearly even without the lights on, not like the shadowy images of night vision gear but as clear as a high-definition camera shooting in daylight.
The soft thudding sound from outside slowly drifted in, leaving the villa in utter silence.
