Mr. Hao probably only knows the superficial part. He might be aware that Gu Tao works for a special department, but as for the specifics, he's definitely clueless. Of course, he understands some of the covert operations, but people his age, well, they generally refer to all that as 'ghost-catching.'
After realizing that Gu Tao and his team were not involved in ghost-catching, Mr. Hao expressed great indignation because none of his old colleagues or his children had ever mentioned a word of it to him.
"Just a few days ago, I went to the southwest for a meeting, and that old guy didn't tell me a thing!"
Mr. Hao put his chopsticks down in annoyance, but then turned to Gu Tao with a smile, "You're saying that the headquarters will be built here soon, right?"
"It's close by." Gu Tao nodded, "It's inconvenient in the city center, especially since it's not time for the public to see people flying around."
