In the late afternoon, around three or four, Dongfang Cheng once again arrived at Lu Manor, hastily seeking out Lu Chuan.
The two met in the courtyard, finding a stone bench to sit on.
"The people from the Nangong family have come. Their carriage convoy has already reached Forest City. My men have seen them, but we don't know what they have come here for," Dongfang Cheng said to Lu Chuan.
"Do they have many people with them?" Lu Chuan inquired.
"Not many, just seven horse-drawn carriages. Even if they were filled to capacity, they wouldn't have more than fifty people," Dongfang Cheng replied.
Lu Chuan looked towards Dongfang Cheng and continued asking, "What was the first thing they did after arriving in Forest City?"
"They didn't do anything, but the convoy is heading towards a plaza in the central district. Perhaps, they will stay there briefly. By then, we should find out what they are here to do," Dongfang Cheng explained.
