Does the destruction of a planet make sense?
Considering the performance of those weapons, it's obviously not easy to destroy a planet, not to mention the existence of Dusk on this one. There might be extraterrestrial beings within a world, but there's only one Dusk Territory in each world.
Therefore, a place with Dusk is equivalent to the 'Heart of the World'.
Does it make sense to destroy this planet violently? It makes sense, but it does no good for any being.
Boundary Breakers won't gain much, and the Devouring Faction can no longer extract power from this world—no one benefits.
Yet, Boundary Breakers did it anyway.
