The population of the Mountain Tribe is not large; what Gaven had previously seen was two-thirds of their tribe. Of the remaining fifty, aside from a dozen tent mothers, the rest were infants and toddlers, with very few adolescents, as they had all been utilized as adult warriors.
This was determined by their main living environment, where a split was inevitable once the population exceeded a certain number.
In Golia, the Mountain Tribe is an outright large tribe. If it weren't for the increasingly severe conflict with the Dwarves Elf, they would have split into two tribes long ago.
Most Golia tribes keep their population within one hundred, with fifty to sixty adult Golias taking care of twenty to thirty newborns.
This scale not only allows them to deal with most of the disasters in the high mountains, including the White Dragons that choose to nest on cold peaks, but also prevents them from exerting fatal pressure and damage on their living environment.
