"Taoist cultivation speaks of the Dantian concept, breathing deeply into the Lower Dantian, then passing through the Middle Dantian, and finally exiting from the Upper Dantian.
Or instead of passing through the Lower and Middle Dantian, directly rising to the Upper Dantian in one step.
