Misuzu was wearing a flowing white robe, reminiscent of a priest's ceremonial attire. The fabric was smooth. The robe fit loosely around her figure, the long sleeves extending down to her wrists, while the hem brushed the ground with every step. A simple, high collar framed her neck, and a delicate silver cord cinched the robe at her waist. She wore high heels and no underwear. Misuzu thought this was instructed by the Goddess. The true being, not the fake one like Shido. She smiled at what happened to Shido. She thought that scum was dead and the Goddess said she had plans for him. She did not know what that meant however the Goddess must have a plan. She was beautiful and gave them a new life.
She left her room and headed to meet the Goddess. Her high heels clicked on the floor as she walked towards the Goddess Shrine. This was a room where she had not seen before but being invited to it felt like an honor. The hallway was white and there was no window. She could see clouds on the floor. She walked down the corridor. She could see the rooms of everyone else. She thought Yuuki, Hisashi and Tsunoda shared one room. The rest of them had their own rooms but she wondered how often they stayed in their own rooms by themself. She walked into a lift. The lift was pure white. The doors closed. It moved and up.
She waited in the lift as it moved. She then heard a bell and the lift door opened. She looked to see clouds everywhere. There was a golden arch. A small staircase and a golden throne. It was empty. Misuzu walked into the room and suddenly there was a white flash. Misuzu looked away from the bright light. She looked back and saw the Goddess there. She was beautiful, a true god. She walked up and knelt down for her Goddess.
"Did you call me Goddess?" Misuzu asked. She sounded humbled.
The Goddess smiled. "I am sorry for calling you, you must be very tired from your journey," the Goddess responded.
"No, I am always ready to serve you my true God as your Angel," Misuzu replied.
The Goddess smiled once more. "You are my Angels, who will usher the new world. You were misled by him but you have found your true calling," the Goddess replied. She added, "Tell me what is your true calling? What makes your heart beat? What makes you angry?" the Goddess asked.
Misuzu stood in silence, her thoughts racing. She wrestled with the question of her true purpose. "My true calling is serving you, my Goddess," Misuzu said with quiet resolve. Her eyes glimmered with newfound purpose.
The Goddess, draped in ethereal light, watched her. Misuzu's expression softened as she continued, "My heartbeat... it beats for you, my Goddess. Every pulse is yours." She paused.
But then, a shadow passed over her face, and her tone darkened. "But my anger... my anger is for her," she added.
The Goddess tilted her head. "Her?" she asked.
Misuzu clenched her fists, a bitter smile creeping onto her lips. "Jasmine. She thinks she's better than me. Lecturing me, as if I should be grateful for her saving my life. Acting like I owe her, just because she's so self-righteous... because she's pretty," she ranted.
Her anger simmered, and as she spoke, the bitterness twisted her features into a cruel grin. "She thinks she can do anything because everyone admires her. Well, I see right through her," she added.
The Goddess looked at Misuzu. "How pathetic," she thought, her lips curling into a smile.
"You have seen what James is capable of," the Goddess said. She smiled at James in her head. She could see he was having fun with Jasmine. "He has power and he has given some of it to her," Goddess added.
Misuzu knew that. She had seen her boyfriend. She thought a pretty girl like her and get someone like him. "But, there is something you can do, something we can do," the Goddess said. The Goddess got up and took a step forward. They both were transported to a place in the mountains. There was a beautiful sunset in the background.
The Goddess stood in front of her and smiled. A white light appeared in her hand. A box materialised. The Goddess opened the box and there was a violet ring. "Take this my angel," the Goddess commanded.
Misuzu, still stunned from everything, saw the ring fly towards her. It went onto her finger. There was a violet crystal flash of light. Misuzu's clothes changed. She was now weaning a purple bodysuit that covered her torso and upper legs. Her stomach and cleavage were exposed. She had thigh-high boots. On her crotch there was a star shaped emblem. Her arms were covered with long, matching purple gloves that extend past her elbows. She also has a headpiece, with a glowing, radiant light emerging from the top.
"For hearts long lost and full of fright, For those alone in blackest night, Accept our ring and join our fight, Love conquers all. With violet light!" Misuzu shouted. She could feel the power. The power of love, she thought.
The Goddess' smile widened. "This is but a fraction of the power you will need," she said. "You are going to need much more," she added.
Misuzu blinked, uncertainty flickering across her face. "I do?" she asked.
Without answering directly, the Goddess took a step forward. Suddenly, the world around them shifted. In the blink of an eye, they found themselves inside a laboratory. Large cylindrical tanks lined the walls, glowing faintly with an eerie light. Inside them floated monstrous, grotesque creatures, Margwa, their hulking forms suspended in thick, viscous fluid.
"Look at them," the Goddess said, gesturing to the Margwa with a delicate wave of her hand. "James and Jasmine... they grow stronger with each passing moment," she added.
The Goddess moved again, and with that single step, the scene transformed once more. They now stood before massive transformers. "This... is only part of what you will need," the Goddess said. "Your path to power requires more than just my guidance. It will demand blood, sacrifice, and—" she paused, her eyes locking onto Misuzu's, "allies. You cannot face them alone," she added.
"I am yours, my Goddess. I will do anything for you. My power you have gifted me will be more than enough," Misuzu replied. At that moment, the ring ran out of power and her clothes changed back to normal.
The Goddess' smile faltered ever so slightly. "They have placed limits on my power, after the day they came for me... when they imprisoned me. I am bound by their chains," she said. "I cannot give you more directly. But there are... other ways. You must seek out those who can assist you," she added.
Misuzu, consumed by her need for vengeance and her growing loyalty to the Goddess, bowed her head in submission. "I will do anything, my Goddess. Anything to help you reclaim your power, and anything to crush Jasmine and her self-righteousness," she stated.
The Goddess' smile grew, satisfied and full of promise. "Good. Then let the hunt for power begin, my loyal Angel," she responded. She looked at James with Saeko, putting her in her place. She thought what a strong man.
