Having recovered somewhat, Teriel could clearly see Serra's features and he noticed the subtle differences between her and the Zhuoer Elves.
Her skin was paler, her frame and skeleton larger, more threatening.
Teriel was an expert in close-quarters combat.
He could vaguely feel the explosive strength contained within Serra.
However, in the brief glimpse earlier, Serra had consistently used techniques to fight.
This was very unusual!
Serra turned her head to meet Teriel's gaze.
The latter quickly averted his eyes, his heart beating slightly faster.
Right then, a series of piercing roars came from outside, and the ground began to shake violently.
Serra frowned, glanced at the communicator, and said in a clear voice,
"We must retreat now, the Heart Devouring Demon's Half-Giant Legion has arrived."
