The Ruby Vein hadn't been mined out; Matthew had deliberately designed a downward mining route to open up new adventure zones for Adventurers.
Confirming that this situation fell within the Lord's plans, Butler Ralph immediately relaxed and, after a moment, continued speaking:
"The vein outpost has been completed, and 1000 Elite Soldiers have been stationed there."
Matthew, catching the implication in Butler Ralph's words, thought of the impending turmoil in the Underworld and did not conceal his thoughts, replying directly:
"Issue an early warning and send people into the Underworld to establish a camp."
"The area in the Shadowy Forest alone is insufficient to meet the needs of the growing number of Adventurers; the Underworld is their best destination."
