If Matthew first learned the mana model construction of the "Fireball Technique," thoroughly understanding all arcane knowledge and structural foundations,
And built the mana model for the "Fireball Technique" in his soul, laying a simpler foundation then using the Power of Destiny to conquer the difficult parts,
the expenditure of the Power of Destiny would drop sharply from 10,000 to 1,000 points!
