I'm writing this single chapter mainly to ask for everyone's forgiveness.
I know the plot is at a critical stage, and this part of the story has been covered in "Mercenary." Some chapters could have been copied directly into this book. Logically, this should have been a faster and simpler write, which means updates should have been more frequent.
So I am asking for your forgiveness because I can't add more chapters right now, I'm on a road trip and really can't write.
I wanted to visit XJ. I've wanted to see the snow on the Tianshan Mountains and the waters of Kanas Lake for a very, very long time. I had always planned to take a trip there but unfortunately never had the time or the opportunity.
