Actually, private planes aren't that convenient; the airports they take off from, land in, and where they are parked on a regular basis, as well as where they're maintained and the application for flight routes—these factors mean private planes can't just fly whenever one wishes.
However, for someone at Justin's level, the routes his private plane can fly and the airports it can land at are a reflection of his capabilities. If Justin couldn't handle something like taking off from Kyiv airport at any time, then he might as well not be in the game at all.
