The elections in the Kingdom of Windsor adopted the "single-member constituency system", where each constituency selected one member to enter the Lower Councilor House, totaling 650 constituencies and 650 spots available.
Though there were many spots, each candidate could only choose one constituency to run in. For instance, if there was a grocery store in New Hanover District of East London, New Hanover District would have one spot available. If Marvin chose to run in the New Hanover District election, it meant he could not participate in the elections of other districts.
At the end of each general election, the party leader with the most votes automatically became the new Prime Minister and obtained the power to form the Cabinet. The current Prime Minister of the Kingdom, Winston Churchill, from the Conservative Party, supported Great Prince Charles.
