Suddenly, the tall figure stopped in his tracks, looked up at the sky, and said in a low voice, "Finally, we've left the area shielded by magic..."
After he spoke, he raised the Mermaid's Tear in his hand, closed his eyes as if calling out to something. Before long, the distant horizon echoed with the ethereal song of a whale accompanied by the appearance of a figure. A giant sperm whale, its size akin to mountains, emerged beside the curtain of water. Its eyes, larger than the manor itself, looked at the tall figure, emanating a questioning gaze.
"Marvin Enders, why have you summoned me?"
"I need your help," Marvin said calmly. "Levin has been captured by Anatole, and I want to rescue him."
The whale was silent for a moment, then asked, "How can I help you?"
"Creating some commotion off the Western Coast of the Empire will suffice," Marvin said. "If you can draw Anatole out and delay him for some time, I'll be able to save Levin."
