The weapon used by the assassin bore the mark of the Tula Arsenal and was inscribed with a string of Romanov text; its design was also different from those of the Kingdom of Windsor, it was, by all appearances, a revolver from the Romanov Kingdom.

Rod IV's gaze turned gloomy. He was convinced that the assassin was dispatched by the Romanov Kingdom; the war between the two countries had just ended, so retaliation seemed normal, and it was only right for the Romanov Kingdom to harbor hatred against him.
"Your Majesty, just because the murderer used a weapon from the Romanov Kingdom doesn't mean he is from there..." Prime Minister Winston, afraid Rod IV would impulsively start a second war, quickly added, "This could be a set-up."
