Great Prince Charles was a typical realist; he always first considered the pros and cons in anything he did.
Helping the Fourth Prince become the President of the Educators Association didn't bring any benefits to him; on the contrary, it required a lot from him. In the short term, this was completely meaningless.
"Doing this is for the Kingdom of Windsor," Arthur said. "Why do you want benefits?"
"Because I am not the King."
Great Prince Charles leaned back, his tone mocking, "Arthur, it's you who wants to be the President of the Educators Association, not me. Don't use the excuse of doing it for the Kingdom of Windsor to fob me off. Supporting you as President, requires my people to compete with the group from the Liberal Party in parliament. Father supporting you is his business; it has nothing to do with me."
Arthur's eyebrows furrowed. "Haven't you realized what Nicholas and the others are trying to do?"
"What do they want to do?"
