Monday, the London Stock Exchange.
Early in the morning, a strong wind blew through the streets, dispelling the haze that shrouded London's skies, and allowing the rare sight of the sun to emerge. Marvin, seated in the VIP lounge of the exchange waiting for the market to open, approached the window to bask in the rare sunshine.
Sunshine in London was indeed a rare occurrence; the name Fog City was no empty boast. Laundry had to be dried indoors due to the weather, which contributed to the booming laundry business. Marvin wasn't sure how it was for others, but his clothes were almost always taken care of by Flower Street Laundry.
"The weather is nice, it seems today will go smoothly."
Second Prince came over to the window, squinting at the sun, hands clasped behind his back, gazing at the sky.
