"You need not concern yourself with these matters; when the time comes, I shall naturally tell you."
Great Prince Lemar stopped, dismounted, and stepped on the mushy lawn beneath him, then turned to beckon the caddy over.
A few caddies carrying golf bags hurried over, one took the reins, another opened the bag, while the others started to insert the required tees into the ground and placed a pitted white ball onto a tee.
"I have said all that needs to be said; if you wish, I shall sign an IOU for you. If not, let's pretend none of this ever happened."
As he spoke, the Great Prince took out a wooden club, assumed a stance, and gestured in front of the tee, then suddenly bent over and swung. The club traced a beautiful arc through the air, and with a 'ding,' the white ball, accompanied by a few splashing droplets of water, soared high into the sky, spinning for a long while before landing on an open area a hundred meters away.
"Good shot!"
"That was a really good drive!"
