In the corner room on the second floor of the inn, the air was damp and chilly, with a faint musty odor lingering in the room that seldom received much sunlight. The decay of the floorboards was even more severe than in the corridor, but thankfully the bedding was often replaced and aired, and the charcoal stove placed in the center of the room dispelled much of the cold.
"Levin, what's the origin of the Honest Church?"
Marvin, sitting by the charcoal stove warming himself, asked, "Where did they come from?"
"The Kingdom of Windsor."
"What?"
"You heard me right," Levin spread his hands. "The Honest Church indeed comes from the Kingdom of Windsor, not from our West Island, but from Eastern Island, to be precise, located near York City to the north of King's Capital."
